If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

## 1. What ShiftTrack Provides

ShiftTrack is a professional operating system that may include personal workspace features, professional profiles, company workspaces, employment records, attendance tools, payroll-related workflows, company communication, and activity streams.

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

## 2. Account Registration

To use ShiftTrack, you may need to create an account using a valid email address, verify your email, create a password, choose a username, and complete required onboarding steps.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information updated.

## 3. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and account access.

You must not:
- Share your password with others
- Use another person account without permission
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
- Use ShiftTrack for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

Notify ShiftTrack support if you believe your account has been compromised.

## 4. Username and Profile Rules

Your username and profile must not:

- Impersonate another person, company, or organization
- Use names reserved by ShiftTrack
- Violate trademarks, rights, or laws
- Contain offensive, misleading, abusive, or harmful content
- Be used to deceive other users

ShiftTrack may change, restrict, reclaim, or remove usernames that violate these Terms or are needed for platform operations.

## 5. Personal Workspace

Your personal workspace is your private operating environment inside ShiftTrack. You may use it to manage your professional identity, tools, notes, settings, and connected work activity.

You are responsible for the content you create or upload, subject to platform rules and applicable law.

## 6. Company Workspaces

Company workspaces are controlled by the company or authorized workspace administrators.

If you join a company workspace, your access, visibility, role, and permissions may be managed by that company or its authorized users.

Company-related records, including employment, attendance, schedules, payroll-related data, posts, and internal communications, may be visible to authorized company users based on permissions.

## 7. Employment, Attendance, and Payroll Features

ShiftTrack may provide tools for employment records, attendance tracking, scheduling, payroll preparation, payroll records, and related workflows.

ShiftTrack is a software platform. Company administrators remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the correctness of company records, employment decisions, payroll outputs, legal compliance, and internal policies.

## 8. User Content

You are responsible for content you post, submit, upload, or store in ShiftTrack.

You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, harmful, infringing, or disruptive to the service.

ShiftTrack may remove content or restrict accounts when necessary to protect the platform, users, companies, or legal compliance.

## 9. Acceptable Use

You must not:

- Attack, disrupt, overload, or misuse ShiftTrack systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or data
- Scrape, copy, or extract data without permission
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Use ShiftTrack for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
- Bypass security, permissions, or usage limits
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with a company

## 10. Platform Availability

ShiftTrack aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security incidents, third-party services, or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ShiftTrack and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside reasonable control.
